“Coach Morgan has a great impact on every athlete he coaches. His coaching philosophy creates a sustainable, athlete-centered, successful environment that puts athletes first and in a position to achieve the highest levels of success in all aspects of training and racing. He always emphasizes the importance of high moral values, personal responsibility and accountability, respect for others, self- confidence, a healthy competitive spirit, and a desire to give your best. He understands that no athlete is the same and that all factors need to be considered when coaching. Additionally he knows that no one system works for everyone and through an individualized and holistic approach an athlete will see success. He has shown time and time again his love for the sport, and his ability to develop athletes. He understands the meaning of hard work, dedication and discipline, and continually demonstrates these qualities."

“Coming from the UK Todd helped me settle into the team, and ensured my transition into the student athlete lifestyle was smooth. He was kind and easy to approach and made sure I was settling in well. He even contacted my team mates to make sure I was okay and to check up on me lots in the first few weeks. He made sure we all had training that met our fitness levels and organized training well for all athletes to meet our busy schedules. He progressed us all as individual athletes but also as a team. The team environment he fostered lead myself and others in the team to push our boundaries more than we ever had before and believe we could actually be winners.”
